Yay, it's time to ship items back into Amazon. This is a BT2A ticket (Back-Track 2 Amazon).
Amazon has recently updated the flow for creating shipments into Amazon and so we've updated our process to make it easier as well. These instructions are as of 05/24/21.
There are 2 steps:
Step 1: Arrange for carton pack (box) quantity, size and weight. If you already have a fixed carton size and know the quantity, size and weight, you can skip step 1. **TIP: If you use the same quantity everytime, you can save this info in Amazon and re-use this information over and over in the future.
Step 2: create and print shipping labels once we give you carton information.
