reBUILD

If you'd like to have Back-Track reBUILD packages back to A condition, here's how to do it.

1) Send Back-Track the necessary replacement parts.  Boxes, inserts, tissue, labels.  (We don't require barcode labels, we have them).

2) create a new "reBUILD" ticket in the ticket system.  https://backtrack.repairshopr.com/my_profile/v2/tickets
With Subject:   reBUILD - SKU - Qty

3) inside the ticket, include comments or special instructions.

4) attach any necessary documentation to the ticket

Please create ONLY 1 reBUILD ticket per SKU.
